This may include information from:
Apple or Google for authentication;
event or ticketing providers;
map or location providers;
subscription-management providers;

other services you choose to connect to Crowd.
The information we receive depends on the third-party service, your settings, and the permissions you grant.
Third-party services may also collect information directly from you under their own privacy policies.
1j. Information You Choose Not to Provide
Some information is optional.
However, certain information may be necessary to create an account, use specific features, receive personalized recommendations, access location-based features, communicate with other users, or maintain the security of your account.
If you choose not to provide required information or permissions, some Crowd features may not be available to you.
2. How We Use Your Information

Information used for these features may include:
profile information;
interests and hobbies;
friendship preferences;
personality information;
lifestyle information;
ideal hangouts or preferred activities;
Circles or communities;

2e. Maintain Safety and Platform Integrity
We may use information to help protect Crowd and its users.
This may include using information to:
investigate reports;
detect or prevent fraud, scams, spam, harassment, abuse, or other prohibited conduct;
identify suspicious or unauthorized account activity;
enforce our Terms of Use and Community Guidelines;
prevent users from evading suspensions or permanent bans;

determine whether you have access to paid features;
administer free trials and subscriptions;
verify purchases;
restore purchases;
provide subscription-related customer support;
prevent payment or subscription fraud; and
comply with accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

2j. Other Purposes With Your Consent
We may use your information for another purpose when we clearly explain that purpose to you and, where required by law, obtain your consent.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share information where necessary to operate Crowd, provide the Services, protect users, comply with law, or complete a business transaction.
We do not sell your personal information.
3a. Other Crowd Users
Certain information is shared with other users as part of the normal operation of Crowd.
Depending on your profile, settings, activity, and the features you use, other users may be able to see information such as:

other information you choose to make visible through the Services.
The visibility of certain information may depend on your settings and the particular Crowd feature you are using.
We do not intend to display your exact device location to other users unless a feature clearly explains that such sharing will occur and you choose to use it.

When you choose to interact with a third-party service, information may be shared with or collected directly by that provider.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Crowd does not control their independent privacy practices.
3d. Legal, Safety, and Security Purposes
We may disclose or preserve information where we reasonably believe it is necessary to:
comply with applicable law or legal process;
respond to a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or government request;
investigate fraud, scams, abuse, harassment, threats, or other prohibited conduct;
enforce our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or other policies;
investigate reports or safety concerns;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Crowd, our users, or others;
prevent or investigate unauthorized access or security incidents; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may challenge or limit requests that we believe are overly broad or legally invalid.
3e. Business Transfers
If SLS Strategy Partners LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information associated with Crowd may be transferred, disclosed, or made available as part of that transaction.
Any successor or acquiring entity may continue to use personal information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.
3f. At Your Direction or With Your Consent
We may share information when you direct us to do so, request a feature that requires sharing, connect Crowd with another service, or otherwise give us permission.
Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sharing information for a new purpose that is materially different from those described in this Privacy Policy.
3g. Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may use or share information that has been aggregated, de-identified, or otherwise processed so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify you.
For example, we may use aggregated information to understand:
how many people use a feature;
general engagement with Circles or events;
usage trends;
product performance; or
general audience or community activity.
We do not attempt to re-identify information that has been de-identified except where permitted by law for purposes such as testing whether our de-identification methods are effective.
3h. Sale and Sharing for Advertising
Crowd does not sell personal information to data brokers.
Crowd does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Location and Map Privacy
Crowd uses location information to provide nearby discovery, map-based features, event recommendations, place recommendations, and other location-aware experiences.
Depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use, Crowd may collect or process approximate or precise location information from your device.
4a. How We Use Location Information
We may use location information to:
show nearby people, events, places, Circles, communities, and social plans;
personalize recommendations based on your general location;
support map-based discovery;
determine whether certain content or experiences are relevant to your area;
improve location-related features; and
help maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the Services.
Where required, Crowd will request your permission before accessing precise device location.
4b. What Other Users May See
Crowd may display location-related information to other users when it is part of a feature you choose to use.
Depending on the feature, this may include information such as:
your city;
your general area;
your association with a place, event, or Circle;
nearby or location-relevant activity; or
other approximate location information presented through Crowd.
Crowd does not intend to display your exact real-time device location to other users unless a feature clearly explains that such sharing will occur and you choose to use that feature.
Even when only approximate location information is displayed, other users may sometimes be able to infer your general area based on the information you choose to share, your activity, or the places and events you interact with.
4c. Location Permissions and Controls
You can manage Crowd’s access to device location through your device settings.
Depending on your device, you may be able to:
allow precise or approximate location access;
allow location access only while using Crowd;
disable location access; or
change your permissions later.
If you disable or restrict location access, certain Crowd features may become unavailable, less personalized, or function differently.
4d. Location Associated With Events and Places
When you view, join, create, or interact with an event, place, Circle, or social plan, Crowd may process the location associated with that activity.
This does not necessarily mean that Crowd knows or displays your exact physical location at that time.
Location associated with an event or place may come from information you provide, event or place providers, map providers, or other third-party sources.
4e. Location Accuracy
Location information may be approximate, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.
Crowd’s location and map features are intended for social discovery and convenience. They should not be relied upon for emergency navigation, personal safety tracking, or any situation requiring precise real-time location information.
4f. Retention of Location Information
We retain location information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or support legitimate business purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Where practical, current location information may replace or update previously stored location information rather than creating a continuous history of your movements.
4g. Location and Your Privacy Choices
You can limit future collection of device location information by changing your device permissions.
You may also have additional privacy rights regarding location information depending on where you live.
For more information about your privacy rights, see Section 11, Your Privacy Rights and Choices.

“things in common”;
rankings;
recommended people;
recommended Circles or communities; and
other personalized discovery features.
These tools are intended to help you identify potentially relevant people, communities, events, or content.
5c. What These Features Do Not Mean
Vibe Checks, match scores, shared-interest indicators, rankings, and recommendations are informational and personalization tools only.
They are not:
scientific or psychological assessments;
identity verification;
background checks;
safety assessments;
guarantees that another user is trustworthy;
guarantees of compatibility;
guarantees that another user will communicate with or meet you; or
guarantees that a friendship, connection, or other relationship will result.
You should use your own judgment when deciding whether to communicate with or meet another person.
5d. Improving Recommendations
We may analyze how users interact with recommendations and other Crowd features to understand whether those features are useful and to improve personalization, discovery, and the overall Services.
Where appropriate, we may use aggregated or de-identified information to evaluate and improve recommendation systems without identifying individual users.
5e. Automated Processing
Some recommendations, rankings, match indicators, or similar features may be generated automatically using information available to Crowd.
Crowd does not intend to use these features to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
If we materially change how automated processing is used in a way that affects your privacy rights, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.
6. Messages, Content, and Safety Moderation
Crowd provides messaging, posting, commenting, profile, circles, event, and other social features that allow users to communicate and share content.
We may process information from these features to operate the Services, investigate reports, protect users, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our policies, and comply with applicable law.
6a. Messages and Communications

comments;
replies;
message timestamps;
sender and recipient information;
delivery or read-status information where applicable; and
communications sent to Crowd for support, reports, appeals, or safety concerns.
Messages are intended to support communication between users, but you should not assume that content sent to another person will remain private if that person screenshots, copies, forwards, or otherwise shares it.

We may process content you submit through Crowd, including:
profile information;
profile photos and other images;
posts;
comments;
Circle content;
event-related content;
albums;
interest checks;
captions and descriptions; and
other content you choose to share.
Depending on the feature and your privacy settings, some of this information may be visible to other Crowd users.
6c. Reports and Safety Reviews
If content or an account is reported, flagged, or otherwise identified as potentially violating our policies, we may review information reasonably necessary to investigate the issue.
This may include:
profile information;
relevant messages or communications;
posts or comments;
images or other content;
reports submitted by users;
account activity;
device or technical information; and
prior moderation or enforcement history.
We may use this information to determine whether action is appropriate under our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or Safety Guidelines.
6d. Automated and Human-Assisted Moderation
Crowd may use technical systems, automated tools, third-party services, and human review to help identify spam, scams, harassment, abuse, fraudulent activity, prohibited content, or other potential violations of our policies where such systems are implemented.
Automated systems may flag content or accounts for further review and may make mistakes.
Where appropriate, authorized personnel may review relevant information to investigate safety, security, fraud, or policy concerns.
Crowd does not represent that every message, image, profile, post, or interaction is reviewed or monitored.
6e. Account Restrictions and Enforcement
Information collected through reports, safety reviews, moderation systems, or investigations may be used to:
issue warnings;
remove or restrict content;
limit account features;
restrict messaging;
remove users from Circles or communities;
suspend accounts;
permanently terminate accounts;
prevent ban evasion; or
take other reasonable steps to protect Crowd and its users.
Where available, users may be able to request review or appeal certain moderation decisions.
6f. Safety and Legal Obligations
We may preserve, review, or disclose relevant information where reasonably necessary to:
protect the safety of Crowd users or others;
investigate suspected fraud, abuse, threats, exploitation, or illegal conduct;
respond to valid legal requests;
comply with applicable law;
enforce our agreements and policies; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
We may retain limited safety, moderation, or enforcement records where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, enforce bans, protect users, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.
7a. Other Crowd Users

You should use care when deciding what information to include in your profile or share with other users.

investigate fraud, scams, abuse, harassment, threats, exploitation, or other prohibited conduct;
investigate reports or safety concerns;
enforce our Terms of Use, Community Guidelines, or other policies;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Crowd, our users, or others;
prevent or investigate unauthorized access or security incidents; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, we may challenge, narrow, or reject requests that we believe are unlawful or overly broad.
7d. Business Transfers
If SLS Strategy Partners LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information associated with Crowd may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.

7f. No Sale of Personal Information
Crowd does not sell your personal information to data brokers.
Crowd does not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising unless we clearly disclose that practice and provide any choices required by applicable law.
If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or opt-out rights required by applicable law.
8. Third-Party Services
Crowd may integrate with, link to, or display information from third-party services, including event providers, ticketing services, map and location providers, authentication providers, app stores, payment providers, or other external services.
When you choose to use or interact with a third-party service, that provider may collect information directly from you or receive information necessary to provide the requested functionality.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.
Crowd does not control and is not responsible for the independent privacy, security, or data-handling practices of third parties.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third-party services you choose to use.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, destruction, or disclosure.
These measures may include access controls, authentication measures, encryption where appropriate, monitoring, secure infrastructure, and restrictions on access to personal information.
However, no method of transmitting information over the Internet and no electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
You are also responsible for helping protect your Crowd account, including by maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
If you believe your account or personal information has been compromised, please contact us promptly at support@crowdsocial.us.
10. Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Crowd, maintain your account, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, and comply with applicable legal, safety, security, accounting, and regulatory obligations.
How long we retain information may depend on:
whether your account remains active;
the type of information involved;
why the information was collected;
whether the information is needed to provide a feature;
legal or regulatory requirements;
fraud or security concerns;
safety investigations;
disputes or potential legal claims; and

Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your Crowd account through the account deletion features made available through the Services or by contacting us where applicable.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account in accordance with applicable law and our retention practices.
Some information may be retained after account deletion where reasonably necessary to:

investigate or respond to safety incidents;
enforce suspensions or permanent bans;
prevent ban evasion;
resolve disputes;
enforce our agreements;
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or
maintain secure backup systems for a limited period.
Where appropriate, we may retain a limited record of an account suspension or ban to prevent users who have been removed for serious violations from creating new accounts.
Residual copies of information may remain in backup systems for a limited period before being securely deleted or overwritten.
Deleting your Crowd account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription purchased through Apple, Google, or another payment provider. Subscriptions must be managed separately through the platform where they were purchased.

These rights may include the ability to:

Portability
Where required by applicable law, request certain personal information in a portable and commonly used format.
